Literature that has shaped my thinking and perspective
This page is not a list of recommendations. It is not a list of all the books I've read or those I presently own. And for about 20% of the works here, I have never even read them to completion. But it is a list of my influences. These are works of which some aspect, or all, have served to build, transform or support my worldview. For some, particularly the fiction I mostly read as a child, it's more about the feel of it. For others, it was ideas and frameworks. Others may not take the same meaning.
